SA/S-Anon 2009 Convention - Serenity in the Rockies

Sometimes you need to get above your day-to-day recovery and take a look at your program from a whole different point of view. The Serenity in the Rockies conference is designed to help you do just that. It's no accident it's in Denver, which is exactly 5280 feet above sea level. Up here, you're bound to get a better view of your program, and the principles. From this site you can register for the convention and get information on how to call or link to a special website the Doubletree Denver Hotel has set up to make your hotel reservations. Mark your calendars for July 10-12, 2009, and be sure to take advantage of our early registration fees. Then get ready to experience recovery from a whole new perspective.

Need a ride from the airport to the Doubletree Hotel?
The shuttle picks up at Denver International Airport on the West Side of the Terminal at :15 and :45 past the hour. Exit Door 508 and walk to Island #3. If the shuttle doesn't come, you can call the Doubletree Quebec Square at any hotel courtesy phone bank in the airport. Or call the hotel directly at 303-321-3333.

Online Conference Registration Closes Monday July 6. Our meal order must be placed with the hotel three business days before the conference so we will not be taking online registrations after midnight Monday July 6. This does not affect your ability to do online hotel registration, which you can access by clicking on Hotel Info and Registration at the top right of this page. You can still register by mail as a walk in if your registration is received by Thursday July 9. You can also register as a walk in Friday and Saturday at the conference. Please note that attendees who register as a walk can only register for the conference options that do not include meals.

Attention Musicians: We are looking for musical instruments for our talent show. If you plan on bringing yours and you're willing to let other musicians perform with it during the talent show, please email our SA entertainment subcommittee chair Ed P. at edwpowell@comcast.net.
